We book just to have a place to overnight. Since facilities and check in process were all good,so its a good choice. The room is superb nice and cosy. We have 4 person so the space is still ok. Person in charge also really helpful even we check in at night. Thank you for the good services.

- Good location - Clean and quiet area - Easy check in and check out - Staff allowed us for early check in without any fuss. So grateful for that - Laundromat, 7E, Zus and Nasi Kandar restaurant are located on ground floor. - Foreigner guards can speak Malay and English and are taking good care of the building.

The whole process from before and after checkin and checkout was awesome. Shoutout to Shekki who was on duty when I checked in. He communicated with me the moment I confirmed my reservation, till the day I checked in, and checked out. I was given detailed information on how to get there and how to get to my designated parking lot. I was included in a Whatsapp group where I could communicate with the staff as and when. All staff of Homebrickz including the Cubic Botanical security guards were friendly and very helpful. Excellent service. If you don't drive, you won't starve here. There is a 7-Eleven and a ABC Food's Corner Mamak which open 24/7, and a Zus Coffee Cafe. If you drive, you are smacked right in the centre between KL and PJ, you can basically drive anywhere easily. Excellent location. My studio apartment is clean, comes with fridge, microwave oven, an induction cooker with utensils for use, common utilities like hairdryer and iron, even a safe. Excellent facilities. Everything's so awesome, I will definitely book this place again when I come back to KL again.

Apartment is spacious and well maintained with balcony and another balcony with garden and seating. Ms. Sam is very helpful and responsive for any request whenever required. Swimming pool is amazing.
